At The Deco Loft (operated by Sunetul Pamantului), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with consumer protection laws.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns must be approved before sending back—items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  3. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Perishable Goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Hazardous Materials, Flammable Liquids, or Gases

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return the original purchase and place a new order separately.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
