ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive an email within 1-3 days confirming that your order is on its way!

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email containing real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders are typically shipped within 3-14 days, depending on your location. For example, France Post's delivery standard is between 2-7 days.

 Rate Shipping:
We currently offer shipping to Romania, Germany, France, Austria and Ireland, with plans to expand to most European countries soon. Please check our shipping policy or contact us to confirm availability for your location.

Optional: We do not ship outside of these countries at this time.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES:
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These fees are not covered by The Deco Loft and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at thedecolofts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will review these on a case-by-case basis and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
